If you used my DFC or had a previous account, make sure you complete the migration to My Driveway before the deadline.

Even with a seamless system, there are some issues that may arise:

Locked Account or Forgot Password

In the case of a locked account due to failed attempts, DFC customer support is available at 1-855-723-2669.

Unable to Link My Driveway to my Loan

Make sure you enter the exact name on the loan, date of birth, the last four digits of your SSN or TIN, and all details required.

If your loan hasn’t been migrated to the system, please contact support.

Payment Option Not Visible or Payment Error

Make sure you are logged in and if you are on mobile and having trouble, please switch to a desktop. Also, make sure of the following: clear your cache or switch browsers.

Contact DFC if you have issues with setup of recurring payments or if any scheduled payments are missing. (Issues reported Consumer Complaint System).  

Old Portal (my DFC) Access 

Important: the old my DFC Portal is being phased out. You must complete the transition to My Driveway before the cut-off date.  

FAQs

Driveway Finance login URL?  

You can access the login by going to Driveway.com and clicking on Sign In or My Driveway. After logging in, you can access your DFC loan account.  

If I have a loan with Driveway Finance, do I have to create a new account?  

Yes if you have not accessed My Driveway before, you will have to create an account and link your loan (by clicking “Go to my DFC”).  

Can I pay my loan through the login portal?  

Yes you can make payments, check your payment history, and view payoff quotes.  

What is the procedure If I forget my password or username?

You can use the “Forgot password” link on the login page. If you need assistance with a username or locked account, please call Customer Support at 1-855-723-2669.

Is my old my DFC login still valid?

The older my DFC portal is being phased out, and you will have to create or migrate to My Driveway and link your loan to keep accessing your account online.
